SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

64K Cellssensé currently offers express shipping for all orders in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping & handling charges apply to express and priority shipping:

 

  • Express: Delivered within 2 business days if order placed before 2pm EST: $35

  • Free Shipping for Order over $200

 

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard delivery take approximately 3-5 business days based on the destination.

 

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for Express shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. 64K Cellssensé cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 14 days of purchase. Only unopened items purchased on the 64K Cellssensé website (USA) with valid accompanying order information may be accepted for return.

Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

  1. Contact customer service to have a return shipping label emailed to you.

  2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.

  3. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.

USE ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD – Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return order to arrive at our warehouse, undergo processing and a refund to be issued.
